At Tampa Bay Cleaners, we are committed to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented cleaning services for residential, commercial, and short-term rental properties. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

 

 

Service Expectations

 

 

Cleaning results are based on the overall condition of the property at the time of service. While we strive for excellence, heavily soiled areas, buildup, or existing damage may not be fully restorable with standard cleaning.

 

 

Scope of Work

 

 

Services are performed according to the agreed scope at the time of booking. Any additional tasks, excessive buildup, or time beyond the original estimate may result in additional charges. We will always communicate any changes before proceeding.

 

 

Access to Property

 

 

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time of service. If access is not available, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

 

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

 

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

 

Damage & Liability

 

 

Tampa Bay Cleaners is fully insured for your peace of mind. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items that are improperly secured. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

 

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there are any issues with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve them promptly.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

 

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
